Manifest bills you daily because it allows for more accurate and up-to-date billing. By billing you daily, we can adjust your subscription as your shipping and fulfillment needs change.

Manifest uses Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is a secure and reliable payment processing system used by businesses worldwide.

We charge a 2.9% credit card processing fee to cover the cost of using a third-party payment processor. However, if you choose to pay via ACH, there is no fee.

We estimate your daily billing based on your historical shipping and fulfillment data. By estimating at 90%, we can ensure that you are not over-billed or under-billed.

It takes time to gather and process all the data needed to create your final monthly bill. There are multiple sources that we pull data from in order to reconcile your account each month. This is predominantly from the national shipping carriers. Our team works diligently to ensure that your billing is accurate and up-to-date.

Our engineers are developing this right now. An estimate on the launch of Manifest’s future-state billing dashboard will be communicated to our clientele once appropriate. For now, we bill all clients on a daily billing cycle to keep you up-to-date in order to begin and/or continue your outbound shipping.

Yes, if your volume starts to increase or decrease, we will work with you to adjust your daily/weekly billing number to reflect your new shipping and fulfillment needs.

If your credit card is declined or ACH funding is denied, we will notify you immediately. You will have the opportunity to update your payment information or discuss alternative payment options with our team. An active form of payment is required to begin shipping with Manifest and inactive forms of payment must be resolved within 48hrs to ensure continued account service.
